Waldo

Waldo was born on June 27, 2003 at Pilot Mountain Llamas. He is Saunders' half brother - both llamas are the son of mom Peace of My Heart. Waldo is a wooly-type llama. He has the beautiful reddish coloration of his grandmother, Peg O' My Heart, and of his granddad, Huckleberry Finn. This coloration is similar to the original "wild llama" coloration.

Waldo earned his name as a wee cria, always disappearing to some distant corner of the pasture, hence, "Where's Waldo?". After arriving at our farm in March 2004, he became understudy to Giaco. The two are still best of friends.

Waldo is a sweet boy who gives gentle kisses - alot of them! Sometimes I have to fend him off while doing barnyard duty. Even though Giaco and Mica are the official farm guard llamas, Waldo has self-appointed himself as the goat leader when Giaco is otherwise occupied.
