Waldo

Waldo was born on June 27, 2003 at Pilot Mountain Llamas. He is Saunders' half brother - both llamas are the son of mom Peace of My Heart. Waldo is a wooly-type llama. He has the beautiful reddish coloration of his grandmother, Peg O' My Heart, and of his granddad, Huckleberry Finn. This coloration is similar to the original "wild llama" coloration.

Waldo earned his name as a wee cria, always disappearing to some distant corner of the pasture, hence, "Where's Waldo?". After arriving at our farm in March 2004, he became understudy to Giaco. The two are still best of friends. The original plan was for us to keep Waldo at our farm temporarily while he was being weaned but we fell in love and decided he had to stay.

Waldo is a sweet boy who gives gentle kisses - alot of them! Even though Giaco is the official farm guard llama, Waldo has self-appointed himself as the goat leader when Giaco is otherwise occupied.
